Breathe Slow is a safe space to pause, bring your attention, breathe, reflect, rest, heal, move and play. Whether this is through individual sessions or group workshops, using breathwork, movement or other forms of training. Breathe Slow is built on a foundation of acknowledgement that we are all humans and the ethos that we are all doing the best we can with what we have.

Breathe Slow was founded by Dan, an Oxygen Advantage™ Instructor, former mental health nurse and Dialectical Behaviour Therapist (DBT) with over 11 years experience working in the NHS, 8 of those specialising on working with young people in crisis and those fighting eating disorders.
It is hoped that through Breathe Slow people will feel empowered and connected to themselves because they leave with skills, knowledge or understanding that they can put into practice in the day to day.
