It is hoped that through Breathe Slow people will feel empowered and connected to themselves because they leave with skills, knowledge or understanding that they can put into practice in the day to day.
Passionate about facilitating the highest quality regenerative and restorative sessions through breathwork, movement, workshops, training and retreats.
"I just wanted to feedback to you about the training from last week. All the staff feedback that they really enjoyed it and thought it was really useful for us all. I also wanted to thank you for this, and to say that I really enjoyed it as well and I am looking forward to the next session."

My journey into breathwork started about 5 years ago; I completed a couple of mindfulness courses and discovered that whilst there is value in the practice of mindfulness, I personally found it more accessible to engage in a structured meditations. Through Tai Chi and Qigong i was able to learn more about how the breath is connected to our body and our life force.
My journey then introduced me to cold water exposure and more structured breathwork; which I enjoyed. I saw the benefits of this in my own life, but also found this supported the mindfulness aspects of the DBT therapy I offered. Allowing people to take control of their stress response system, and allowing them to notice their experiences, connecting rather than disassociating.
In September 2022 I took the plunge and went to study the Oxygen Advantage® by a Loch in Scotland with two Master Instructors. There we learnt the science and the art of the Oxygen Advantage Breathwork programme.
Oxygen Advantage® is a series of unique breathing exercises for optimum health and sports performance. The exercises focus on two pillars: functional breathing and simulation of high altitude training.

I also deliver training on working with young people who are at risk of self harm, eating disorders and a range of other emotional or mental health difficulties.
